What's your return policy?
We at DSawus stand behind our products and recognize that sometimes you don't receive what you expect. Customers may return a product for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and a note stating the reason for the return.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem. Just contact us (within 30 days of your original purchase shipping date) at returns@dsawus.com, or call us at 0151-525-5827 to arrange for the return/replacement of your purchase. Be sure to tell us your order number, the product and quantity purchased, and a brief description of the problem. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), and directions for returning the product to us.

If you changed your mind about the product, no problem. Just contact us (within 30 days of your original purchase shipping date) at returns@dsawus.com, or call us at 0151-525-5827 to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will fully refund you (shipping not included), provided purchases are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, and provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a close-out or non-returnable item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.


What's your cancellation policy?
Most orders are shipped the same-day, so it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel your order prior to shipment. If you want to cancel your order, please call 0151-525-5827, or e-mail
orders@dsawus.com and we will try to accommodate the cancellation. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be cancelled after an order has been submitted.


What are your accepted payment methods?
All prices listed on our website are in £ GBP with Euro (For comparison only). but please remember that currency exchange rates vary from day to day (see www.x-rates.com for actual rates).

We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal (3% PayPal fee added to final balance. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud and will prosecute all fraudulent transactions received at DSawus.com. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

You may also make payment by personal check, certified check, or money order in GBP currency only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and fill out your billing/shipping information. You do not have to enter a credit card to get to this stage. Print out the page with your order and the shipping rates and mail that information to us with your payment. Please note that orders mailed to us require a longer processing time than those placed on our website.


Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept purchase orders. We only accept pre-payment for orders and your pre-payment must include shipping costs.

 


Is ordering on your site secure?
Absolutely! We take security very seriously, and we do whatever we can to protect our customers' sensitive data. Credit card information for web orders is protected in the following ways:

 

  • 128-bit encryption to and from the servers and web browser.
  • Credit card numbers and personal customer details are not stored in our database.
  • Once the information is transmitted to our servers for processing, we use even stronger encryption in the backend to transmit the request to our payment processor to verify the credit card and place an authorization for the order total.
  • If the authorization, address verification and risk assessment all clear, the order is accepted and a one-time unique ID is associated with the order for purposes of billing the previous authorization. This ID cannot be used to place further authorizations or bill more than the original auth. It contains no identifiable link to the credit card number.
  • Once that ID has been used to bill the order (which happens only once the order begins shipping), it is no longer valid and cannot be used to authorize or bill again.

Will you give or sell my information to other companies?
No, we don't do that. DSawus don't store Customers personal details, which means no junk mail from other companies.


Don't you have some generic shipping information?
We won't charge your credit card until your order is shipped. If the items you order are in stock, your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours of when you placed your order. If there's a major delay, we'll let you know. If any items are backordered, we'll contact you to work out shipping arrangements. Generally, all items on backorder are marked as such within our website. Orders placed before 1pm GMT will normally be shipped the same day if all items are in stock (except items marked as "This item ships separately"). All shipping transit times are business days, not calendar days.

UK orders, are shipped via DHL or Royal Mail. Your package will usually arrive within 24Hrs.

International orders, are shipped via DHL. Your package will usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days and will have full door to door tracking. If you require a tracking number for your order e-mail contact@dsawus.com. You will probably be charged import taxes and fees for your order - please check with your customs office if you are unsure of these fees.


How much is shipping?
All UK order are shipped free of charge, International orders occur a standard charge of £10.00.

 


How often do you ship?
We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if it's in stock, and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank holiday.


Do you ship outside the UK?
Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. We ship orders via DHL or Royal Mail, and if you require a tracking number e-mail contact@dsawus.com . Most orders should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by DSawus. Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order - so you know what to expect.

Please note that we do not use the UK Post Office for overseas shipments due to the lack of complete tracking information available from the Post Office, and because of the longer delivery times.

 


Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
In most cases, no. If you can contact us we maybe able to make arrangements.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, We do offer discounts for higher-quantity orders. Generally, these are orders where the quantity for a particular item is 10 or more, The delivery time for higher-quantity orders might be longer than normal, but would probably not exceed 2 weeks in most cases.

If you would like a custom quote, please contact us and tell us what product(s) you are interested in and the quantity you would like. Also, please specify the date that you need to have the product(s).

One last thing to note is that we require all orders to be pre-paid. We can grant credit terms only in special circumstances, but this will most likely lengthen the ordering process.
